Tabla

A Tabla is a pair of double hand drums that originated in India. Tabla has been the principal percussive instrument in Hindustani classical music where it is being played solo, as an accompaniment with other instruments and vocal and as a musical part of larger ensembles. Learning Tabla is a very important step to build a career in Hindustani classical music.
